WineAppShop.com takes & Process the orders for customers of WineApp in India. Orders are placed directly by the customers on WineAppShop.com & Offline as well, and are fulfilled by WineApp establishment. WineApp is not a party to the engagement, and bears no responsibility towards fulfillment of the orders.

Terms of service provided by WineApp will also be applicable to the site & services utilized here. You need to provide a valid phone number & email address while placing an order at WineApp, which can be used in further communication of the status of your orders. WineApp will not use your personal information anywhere else.

Jurisdictional Issues/Sale in India Only:

The products displayed on WineApp & acquired from WineApp are exclusively for use in India, unless specified explicitly. WineApp does not allege that products on WineApp or products purchased from WineApp are accessible for use in other locations/countries other than India. People accessing WineApp from other locations/countries other than India will be acting on their own Interest and WineApp is not accountable for supply of products/refund for the products ordered from other locations/countries other than India, or compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your definite consent, and only use your information as illustrated below.

Conditions to use WineApp Kit:

1. All the WineApp Videos & Images are for Personal Use only. NOT to be used for monetary gains or Online Uploads.   

2. By using WineApp, you agree that you are of Legal Age of 21 years or above. (Some areas the Legal age is higher)  

3. By using WineApp, you agree not to do any kind of distillation or spirit making.

4. By using WineApp, you agree not to do any sale of homemade wine.

5. WineApp is not responsible, for any harmful experimentation you conduct.

6. WineApp recommends you to ask before you do any new experimentation (Be safe, ask if you do not know).

Return Policy?

WineApp Shop product returns policy

​

Returns is a scheme provided by WineApp directly under this policy in terms of which the option of replacement and/or refund is offered by us. Returns policy has been incorporated by keeping our loyal customer base in mind.

You may request for a refund / replacement within 5 working days of delivery for WineApp Kit only in the following case -
•      Damaged Equipment Kit 

In this case customer needs to send back the Product in the original packing Box to WineApp Shop Registered Address (Postal charges to be bared by the customer). The product will be replaced with new one with Free shipping.

Refund

There would be no return/ replacement for the Additional Ingredients Item purchased.

How long does the WineApp Shop product returns process take?

​

As soon as you fill out the Returns form online, you will receive an email at your registered email address. You can also track the process by visiting the My Account page on your laptop or smartphone by clicking on My Orders/ My Cancellations. Your replacement product will be delivered to you at the same time as the pick-up in most cases. Remember to keep tracking your order.

When is your order eligible for product returns, exchange or replacement ?

When your order is damaged, defective or tampered

​

First, check if there is any damage to the product that you ordered. Sometimes, the package may appear to be damaged due to shipping and handling but the product inside the packaging may be in good condition. However, if you notice that your package has been tampered with, or the product not sealed properly in its box, you may opt to raise a Return request. Click on the Orders tab in the WineApp Shop site to find the Return option. Opt for this and follow the next steps of the process. The WineApp Shop product team will take over from here.


If you want a refund

​

Only If you are unsatisfied with your replacement, our customer support team may advise you to opt for a refund. 

​

Choose the Request Return option after filling out the details from your My Orders page. Your refund will be processed after approval. Once your refund has been approved, your money will be credited back to you in the following way. 

​

•      As a refund via the same source that you used to pay for the order (called Back to Source, this method is available for our product). For example, this means that if you paid via your HDFC Debit card, your refund will be credited to the same account.
